Use MailOnce as a temporary service, not as permanent infrastructure.

1. A temporary inbox is temporary

MailOnce addresses, messages and linked access have lifecycles and expiry rules. Do not use a temporary inbox as your only recovery address for an account, as permanent document storage or anywhere loss of access would create serious harm.

2. Delivery and website acceptance are outside full MailOnce control

Mail is sent by third parties and websites decide whether they accept a temporary-email domain. MailOnce cannot guarantee that every sender will deliver, that every message will arrive within a specific time, or that every website will accept a MailOnce address.

3. Acceptable use

You may use MailOnce for ordinary temporary-email tasks, testing and privacy-separation use cases that are lawful and do not interfere with other systems.

• Respect rate limits, quotas and product boundaries.
• Use only inboxes and linked-device access you are authorized to use.
• Follow applicable law and the rules of third-party services you interact with.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use MailOnce to attack, disrupt, exploit or abuse MailOnce or another service.

• No denial-of-service activity, malicious automation or attempts to bypass abuse controls.
• No unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution or deliberate exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• No use intended to send spam, facilitate unlawful activity, impersonate others or evade legitimate enforcement controls.
• No attempts to extract secrets, interfere with service integrity or consume shared capacity at unreasonable scale.

5. Content comes from external senders

Messages, links and attachments received in a MailOnce inbox are supplied by third parties. Their presence does not mean MailOnce endorses the sender, destination, offer or content. You remain responsible for deciding whether to open a link, download a file or act on a message.

6. Availability and changes

MailOnce may be changed, maintained, limited or temporarily unavailable. Features, limits, domains and lifecycle rules may evolve as the service is improved or protected from abuse. When a material change affects privacy or legal commitments, the relevant policy will be updated.

7. Suspension and protection of the service

MailOnce may restrict or end access when activity violates these terms, threatens infrastructure, consumes excessive shared resources, creates legal risk or requires emergency security action. Technical safeguards may also reject requests automatically when limits are exceeded.

8. No absolute warranty

MailOnce is provided as a temporary Internet service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, universal message delivery, universal website acceptance or suitability for a high-stakes purpose.
